The terms "management style" and "strategy" are used interchangeably throughout our industry and on our website. We begin our investment process with a personal conference to assure that we understand each client's financial situation, objectives and risk tolerance. A management style is then mutually agreed upon and adjusted as necessary as the client's situation changes over time. A strong personal relationship with each client is important to us at Spear Capital and a personal Account Manager is assigned to each client to ensure satisfactory communication. SCMI trades client accounts under a Limited Power of Attorney arrangement, where funds remain in the client's own brokerage account at all times and investment decisions are at the discretion of SCMI. All clients have the option to receive copies of all trade confirmations and statements directly from their broker, and quarterly reports are sent to all clients from SCMI. Most SCMI clients can access their brokerage accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the Internet.
