OUR HISTORY

Since 1995, our affiliated financial publishing company Independent Investor, Inc. has published The Spear Report newsletter, and in 1997 SCMI was founded. Over six years of testing has led us to our present strategies and testing continues aggressively at SCMI to ensure that the strategies we use to manage our client accounts are the best available.
