STANDARD FEE STRUCTURE

Standard asset management fees charged will generally be equal to a rate of:

1.7% (.00425 per quarter) of the first $1,000,000 in assets under management

1.35% for the next $4,000,000 in assets under management

1.0% for assets over $5,000,000

Fees are paid quarterly, in advance, utilizing calendar year quarter end date.  Flat Fee clients will NOT be charged any performance-based fees.  First quarter fees will be pro-rated from the account opening date to the end of the quarter.  In the event of termination, a pro-rata refund of management fees will be made.  There is no minimum fee. Asset management fees may be discounted for larger accounts or other circumstances where the costs to SCM of managing the account will be reduced.
